摘　　要：通过分析齿轮加工的现状和发展方向,对齿轮加工机床中应用较广的Y3150E型滚齿机做了自动控制的PC改造,设计了改造后该机床的电气控制系统主电路和夹紧装置液压系统。使用表明,Y3150E型滚齿机经改造后,增加了其加工工艺和控制方面的柔性,可大大减轻操作者的劳动强度。On the basis of analyzing the gear machining status and the developmental direction, we have carried out the automatic control PC improvement for Y3150E model hobbing machine widely used in the gear machining tools. The main electronic control circuit and the clasping hydraulic system have been de- signed for the machine. The practical applications indicate that the flexible of machining process and the control system has been enhanced after the improvement, the labouring intensity of the operator has been reduced greatly.
