供应室集中管理吸氧湿化瓶的体会

摘　　要：目的 保证吸氧湿化瓶的消毒质量，降低由氧气湿化瓶导致的医院感染发生率。方法 将科室吸氧用的湿化瓶统一由供应室回收、消毒、清洗、包装、贮存、下送。结果 通过对湿化瓶的统一管理为临床节省了时间，对统一消毒后的湿化瓶进行了150次细菌培养，均无细菌生长。结论 集中统一管理确保了氧气湿化瓶的消毒质量，为临床科室节约了人力、物力资源。值得推广使用。Objective To ensure the disinfection effect of the oxygen filter,lower the nosocomial infection caused by the oxygen filter. Methotis To gather,sterilize,clean,package and store used oxygen filters together in central supply service department,then send sterilized oxygen filters to the clinics. Results For investigation on oxygen filters for 150 times ,no bacteria was detected each time,saving time for the clinics. Conclusions The method of central sterilization management of the oxygen Filter saves human resouces and material resources, should be popularized.
