摘  要:棉织物经壳聚糖处理后,再分别用X型、K型、B型活性染料进行染色。探讨了壳聚糖处理温度、时间及其浓度对织物染色性能的影响。棉织物浸渍壳聚糖的条件温度以60℃,时间则以超过30min以上为宜;壳聚糖浓度高,利于染色,但浓度过高,对织物手感有不良影响。试验结果表明,壳聚糖浸渍处理棉织物后再染色,浮色少、色泽稳定、摩擦牢度较高。The cotton fabric was pretreated by chitosan and then dyed with X type, K type and B type reactive dye respectively. The influence of temperature, time and concentration to dyeing behavior of chitosan treated fabric was discussed. The suitable condition of chitosan impregnation for cotton fabric is 60℃ and 30 min. The chitosan with high concentration is more useful to dyeing, while the chitosan with over concentration would impact the hand of fabric. As a result, the dyed fabric pretreated with chitosan featured less loose color, stable color and higher color fastness to rubbing.
