摘　　要：对管道穿楼板、墙角、墙边、地面等部位的渗漏水原因进行了分析,并对其处理方法进行了阐述,从改进设计、严格施工管理和选用防水材料几方面提出了改进建议和措施,最终解决卫生间地面渗漏水问题。The following paper analyzes the causes of water leakage at the part of sleeve tube through building, wall comer, wall side and floor, illustrates its treatment methods, proposes improvement suggestions and measures from design improvement, strict construction management and waterproof material selection, and finally solves the problem of water leakage of toilet floor.
