摘  要:展示了数十年来国内外科研机构运用地下流体测项中氟氯离子及水电导的异常特征探索防震减灾的突出成果。在分析了异常特征可能的产生机理后指出:流体测项中氟氯离子及水电导很可能是我们探寻多年的地化敏感元素,该元素抗干扰能力强,映震效果好,测试方便快捷,既经济又可靠。建议各地区结合本地化学、地质构造特征做到扬长避短,在不适合进行水位和水气观测的井泉多开展对氟氯及其他离子元素和水电导的多项目的综合监测研究,做到一井多用,监测有重点,分析有全面。In this paper, the remarkable achievements of the research on the fluorine, chloride ion and electric conductivity anomalies of water for quakeproof in domestic and foreign scientific institutes during ten years are demonstrated. After analyzed the possible mechanism of the anomalies, we found that the fluorine, chloride ion and electric conductance anomalies of water are the sensitive geo-chemical elements which we have searched for years and have the good characteristics of anti-disturbance, reliable, easy measuring and sensitive to earthquakes. We suggest employing integrative monitor research, including fluorine, chloride ion and electric conductivity measurements, in the wells and springs where water level and water-air measurement can not carry out.
