体育基础研究与应用研究的关系——体育科学研究中R&D模式:现状与展望

摘　　要：科学研究中的R&D模式包括基础研究、应用研究和试验发展三类活动,其中基础研究又分为纯基础研究(有时也称基础研究)与应用基础研究。在体育科学研究中人们对基础研究、应用基础研究的理解仍有困惑;并存在着基础研究非常薄弱,应用基础研究、应用研究和开发研究比例失调等问题,其中主要基础研究投入严重不足,应用开发缺乏动力。今后体育科学研究中R&D模式应注重的问题是:1)基础研究要以高校为基地,加大投入,进行创新性研究,并不断从母学科和相关领域吸纳基础研究的成果;2)应用基础研究要理论联系实际、集中优势、重点突破,并加强与应用研究和开发研究的衔接;3)建立合理的科学研究成果评价体系和奖励制度;4)加强体育科学研究的宏观调控。R＆D mode of scientific research includes basic research, application research and experimental development. Basic research includes pure basic researeh and application basic research. People are still puzzled by the concepts of basic research and application basic research. There are other problems in sport scientific research, such as the lack of basic research, the ill proportion between application basic research, application research and development researeh, etc. Among those problems, the most noticeable problems are the serious shortage of investment in basic research and motivation in apphcation development. We should emphasize the following problems： 1 ） we should increase the investment in basic research at colleges and make creativity research by absorbing the research results of parent subjeets and relative basic research fields; 2） we should emphasize our advantages, connect theory with reality, and connect application researeh with development research; 3） we should establish a reasonable system of evaluating scientific resc, areh results and rewarding; 4） we should strengthen the micromanagement of sport scientific research.
