摘  要:为了研究甲壳寡糖对力竭运动小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能和抗氧化功能的影响。对4周龄昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、运动组、甲壳寡糖组。运动组和甲壳寡糖组进行4周的游泳训练,最后一次进行力竭游泳后即刻采用心脏取血,肝素抗凝,测定红细胞免疫粘附功能及红细胞抗氧化功能指标。结果发现:实验4周后,甲壳寡糖组RBC-C3bRR和RBC-SOD活性明显高于运动组(P<0.01),RBC-C3bRR亦高于对照组(P<0.05);而RBC-ICR和RBC-MDA含量明显低于运动组(P<0.01)。表明:小鼠服用甲壳寡糖可提高机体红细胞免疫功能,减轻自由基介导的脂质过氧化反应。This study aims to explore the effects of Chitooligosaeehaeide on the Erythrocyte Immune and Antioxidetion Function has been studied in the trained rats. The rats were divided randomly into three groups: control group, training group and Chitooligosaeeharide group. The training group and Chitooligosaecharide group participated into d-week swinmning training. The exhaustive exercise was taken at the end of the training.The funetior, of erythrocyte immune and antioxidafion were tested. The results indicated thai the Chitooligosaeeharide was effective in increasing RBC-C3bRR and the activity of RBC-SOD ( P 〈 0.01). and decreasing RBC-ICR and RBC.-MDA content ( P 〈 0.01). This study indicated that Chitooligosaccharide was effective in increasing adhesive function of Erythrocyte and decreasing lipid peroxidation in the body.
