稳定剂对环保型无铅无镉釉上彩熔剂性能影响的研究

摘  要:在碱-硼-硅系统基础熔剂中引入稳定剂,运用正交实验方法对无铅无镉釉上彩熔剂性能进行研究。通过化学稳定性、堆烧、粘度测试、印花彩烤等一系列对比试验,研究了稳定剂ZrO2、ZnO、SnO2和TiO2的最佳引入量。实验结果表明:在基础熔剂配方的基础上,稳定剂ZrO2的最佳引入量为6%;SnO2引入量不应超过5%;ZnO引入量10%为最好;TiO2引入1%的最低水平即可。8#为本研究中的最佳配方。In the alkali-boron-silicon fluxing agents, stabilizers were added and a research was made about the performances of leadless and cadmiumless fluxing agents for overglaze colors. Through a series of contrastive experiments such as the chemical stability test, stack firing, viscosity test, screen printing and decoration firing, a test was conducted on optimum addition quantities of ZrO2, ZnO, SnO2 and TiO2. The result shows that on the basis of basic fluxing agent formula the optimum addition quantity of ZrO2 is 6%, SnO2 not more than 5%, ZnO 10%, TiO2 1%(the minimum level). 8# is the best formula.
