68 Adverse drug reactions due to medical herbal material for injection

摘　　要：为了解中药注射剂不良反应发生情况,对我院2003-2005年上报的不良反应报告进行回顾性调查。结果表明中药注射液不良反应主要为过敏反应,表现对皮肤附件、胃肠道、中枢及外周神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统等损害。中药注射液不良反应应引起临床重视。Objective： To investigate adverse reactions caused by Chinese herbal medicines for injection. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 68 adverse drug reactions（ADR）reported from 2003 to 2005 in this hospital was conducted. Results： The most ADRs were classified as allergic reactions, manifesting disorders of skin and its appendage, gastrointestinal tract, CNS, PNS and cardiovascular and respiratory system. Conclusion： Chinese herbal medicine for injection should be closely monitored on their adverse effects.
