摘 要:目的分析对比美国强生Vitros-350全自动生化分析仪度HITACHI7170型全自动生化分析仪两检测系统测定血清电解质(K^+、Na^+、Cl^-)结果,并作偏差评估。方法按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会EP9-A文件的要求,每天选取8份患者样本分别用两种方法按1~8,8~1的顺序进行血清电解质(K^+、Na^+、Cl^-)测定,共测定5d,记录检验结果,去除离群点,对其进行方法间偏差评估。结果两方法K^+、Na^+、Cl^-测r为0.996-0.999,在不同医学决定水平处的预期偏差均未超过CLIA'88允许误差的一半,相关良好。结论强生Vitros-350及HITACHI7170两检测系统测定血清电解质(K^+、Na^+、Cl^-)结果基本一致,临床检测过程中可任选一种进行电解质测定。Objective To evaluate the results of electrolyte assay by using two automatic biochemistry analyzer systems.. Johnson Vitros-350 and Hitachi 7170. Methods According to the protocol described by the NCCLS document EP9-A, 8 clinical samples were taken each day and the serum contents of K^+ ,Na^+ and Cl^- were measured by using the two analysis systems according to the sample sequence 1 to 8 and 8 to 1. In five days the results of 40 case samples were recorded and the deflective data were eliminated,the deflection was also estimate. Results There was a better correlation between the two methods of electrolyte assay and the correlation modules (r) was 0. 996-0. 999. In the different points of medical decision standard,the expectant deflection did not exceed the half of allowable error of CLIA'88. Conclusion The assay resuits of serum electrolytes(K^+ ,Na^+ ,Cl^-)by using Johnson Vitros-350 system are basically consistent with those by using Hitachi 7170 system.
