摘 要:通过对复配原理和纺织物润湿机理的研究,对比了几种渗透剂的渗透性和耐碱性,择优进行复配,配制成了一种高效低泡渗透剂。分别讨论了高效低泡渗透剂和快速渗透剂T的浓度与表面张力间的关系;系统研究了高效低泡渗透剂、快速渗透剂T、AEO-9与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯这几种渗透剂在不同浓度、温度和碱性条件下渗透性的变化情况;在室温条件下,比较了高效低泡渗透剂、快速渗透剂T、AEO-9与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的泡沫力。实验表明,高效低泡渗透剂的渗透能力达到了2.98s,最高耐碱度达110g/L,泡沫力为0.98。The paper states the method of the preparation of the high - efficient low - foaming penetrating agent, through the study of preparing principle and fabric wetting mechanism. Penetrating power and alkali - resistance of main penetrating agents were compared. The relationship between concentrations and interracial tension of high - efficient low - foaming penetrating agent and quick penetrating agent T was discussed. The penetrating power of high -efficient low -foaming penetrating agent, quick penetrating agent T, AEO -9, alcohol polyoxyalkylene ether phosphate were compared, in different concentrations, temperatures and alkaline conditions. The foamy power of high -efficient low- foaming penetrating agent, quick penetrating agent T,AEO -9 ,alcohol polyoxyalkylene ether phosphate were compared,in indoor temperature. It is proves that the penetrating is a high efficient and low -foaming penetrating agent, the penetrating power achieves 2.98s,alkali -resistance reaches 110g/L, foamy power attains 0. 98.
