摘  要:目的:制备二陈颗粒并建立其质量控制方法。方法:含挥发油的药材采用蒸馏法提取挥发油,其它药材采用水煎煮法提取药液;应用薄层色谱法对陈皮、半夏、茯苓、甘草作定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定制剂中橙皮苷含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,易于识别;该制剂中橙皮苷浓度在10.2~51.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.63%。结论:该颗粒制备工艺简单,含量测定方法可靠。OBJECTIVE: To prepare erchen granule and to establish a method for its quality control.METHODS: Distillation method was applied to extract volatile oil from medical material that contain volatile oil, and water decoction method was used to extract physic liquor from other medical materials.Qualitative identifications of pericarpium citri reticulatae, rhizoma pinelliae, poria and radix glycyrrhizae were performed by TLC, and the content of aurantiamarin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS: TLC spot were clear and easy to be identified ,Good linear relationship was achieved when the concentration of aurantiamarin was 10.2- 51.0μg/ml ( r = 0,9 999), the average recovery rate was 100.3% (RSD = 1.63% ). CONCLUSION : The preparation method is simple,and reliable,and suitable for the quality control of erchen granules.
