摘　　要：以松花江污染案为例,对市场经济学和资源环境经济学等经济理论在治理流域水资源中的失灵进行了探讨,同时根据市场经济学、资源环境经济学的理论,提出了治理松花江流域水资源的相关对策。Taking the pollution case of the Songhua River as an example, this paper probes into the failture of me economic theory, such as the market economics and the resource environment economics, in the treatment of water resource in the river basin, and advances some corresponding countermeasures for treating the water resource in the river basin of the Songhua River from the market economics and resource environment economics.
