摘  要:机步师C3I系统生存效能评估,采用层次分析与模糊评判理论相结合的方法。其指标权重的确定步骤包括:建立比较判断矩阵、一致性检查及确定评估指标权重。应用该模糊评判理论对系统生存效能进行评估,含选取评价集、构建一级模糊评判矩阵、进行二级综合评判等步骤。Operational effectiveness analysis of C^3I system in force of mechanized infantry adopts the combined method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation. The ensuring steps of the target weight includes the establishment of a relatively judgment matrix, consistency checks and the confirmation of the evaluation of target weight, The fuzzy evaluation theory was used into the existence operational effectiveness analysis of system which includes the following steps as selecting evaluation sets, establish a first-class matrix and the second-class comprehensive evaluation.
