缺血性脑卒中临床路径在整体护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性脑卒中临床路径在整体护理中的应用。方法采用纵向队列研究,对比实施临床路径之前(传统组)与实施临床路径之后(路径组)患者的相关情况(住院时间、住院费用、治疗护理效果等)。结果患者平均住院时间传统组为21·82d,路径组为17·85d,路径组住院总费用下降,患者综合满意度达99·66%,在治疗后90d随访,路径组患者日常生活能力明显优于传统组(P<0·05)。结论实施缺血性脑卒中临床路径与整体护理相辅相成,能缩短患者住院时间,降低住院费用,提高临床疗效、护理质量和患者的综合满意度。同时,丰富了整体护理内容,培养锻炼了护士的全面综合能力。Objective To study the application of Clinical Pathway for Ischemic Stroke in Holistic Nursing. Methods The study performed retrospective cohort study of stroke patients corresponding to the periods immediately before （ control group ） and after （ intervention group） the implementation of the clinical pathway. The main outcome measures included ： mean length of hospital stay ; hospitalization costs ; the effect of care and nursing. Results The mean length of hospital stay was reduced from 21. 82 to 17.85 days. And the hospitalization costs had decreased, patients＇ satisfaction reached to 99. 66%, 90 - days activities of daily life improved significantly in the intervention group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The implementation of the Ischemic Stroke clinical pathway in Holistic Nursing would reduce the length of hospital stay, decrease hospitalization costs, improve clinical outcomes, quality of care and patients＇ satisfaction. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Clinical Path- way for Ischemic Stroke in Holistic Nursing which increase its concept, raise the course nurse＇ total mixed ability.
