香丹紫金锭联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗药物输注渗漏的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察香丹紫金锭联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗药物输注渗漏的应用效果。方法将300例药物输注渗漏的患者随机分为治疗组(n=150)和对照组(n=150)。治疗组应用香丹紫金锭联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗;对照组则按传统硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察两组局部组织止痛及肿胀消退时间。结果治疗组与对照组在局部组织止痛及肿胀消退时间方面比较,均有显著性差异(均P<0·01)。结论治疗组在药物输注渗漏的临床止痛、治愈时间等方面明显优于对照组,具有显效快、疗效好、无任何毒副反应等优点。Objective the applied effect of the Wet wet packing by the Xiangdan Zhusheye and the Zijin Ding which are Coupled with the Magnesium Sulfate in the Medicine＇s Infusion Leakage. Methods Divide 300 patients subjected to the medicine＇s infusion leakage into two groups stochastically： the treatment＇s group （ n= 150） and the contrapositive group （n = 150） . The first group applies the wet packing by the Xiangdan Zhusheye and the Zijin Ding which are coupled with the magnesium Sulfate to treat the patients subjected to the medicine＇s infusion leakage, then the second applies the traditional wet packing by the magnesium sulfate to treat the patients, observe the two groups of their partial organizations＇ analgetic time and their swelling retrogression time. Results the treatment＇s group of their partial organizations＇ analgetic time and the cure time are obviously shorter than the contrapositive group. There is the significant difference between the two groups （ the average P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion The treatment＇s group is much better than the contrapositive group on the part of the clinic analgetic time and the cure time spent on treating the medicine＇s leakage, and has some advantages such as showing the effect quickly and well, and the patient not having any poisonous side reaction, which should be applied widely in clinic.
