摘　　要：目的 探讨人工髓核（prosthetic disc nucleus，PDN）置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的整体护理。方法 对本院自2002年6月，2005年5月开展PDN置换术患者进行护理评估、卫生宣教、做好心理护理、专科护理及出院康复指导。结果 全部病例均获术后随访6个月至2年。其中假体脱位3例、椎间隙感染2例。手术效果优良率87．5％，无任何护理并发症发生。结论 对PDN置换术的患者做好住院期间的整体护理及出院康复指导能增加患者对手术治疗的信心，减少并发症的发生，有效地提高手术成功率及病人满意度。Objective To explore holistic nursing of lumber disk herniation for the replacement of prosthetic disk nucleus （PDN） , Methods Give patients （ ranged from June 2002 to May 2005 ） who had undergone PDN replacement in our hospital with nursing evaluation, sanitary education, special nursing and rehabilitative instruction. Results All patients were followed up for ranged from 6 months to 24 months , 3 patients with dislocation of PDN , 2 patients with infection of vertebral clearance , the clinical successful rate was 87.5% , there is no nursing complications. Conclusion Giving patients of holistic nursing care and rehabilitative instruction can enhance patients＇ confidence for operative therapy, decrease incidence of complications, effectively increase the successful rate of operation and patients＇ satisfaction.
