摘　　要：分析了链传动建模的难点,以UG软件为平台开发了链传动整体建模模块。实现了链传动三维设计,解决了销轴模拟定位及链传动的模拟装配,从而获得实际中心矩、实际链节数、小链轮实际包角等实用数据。In this paper , UG/OPEN are utilized to create general programs for solve the modeling and assemblies of roller chain. The programs can fix every pin and obtain a simulated orbit of roller chain. It realizes the 3D design of roll chain wheel and the equipment of roller chain drive. Besides we gain the actual distance of center and other practical data.
