煤岩配煤技术在武钢生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：研究不同镜质组反射率及其分布情形下煤的结焦特性,根据不同变质程度煤所制焦炭的显微组成,探讨配煤比改变导致煤反射率分布以及焦炭结构性能的变化情况,提出了适宜于武钢工业化生产的合理炼焦配煤方案。The coking properties of coking coal are studied by coal vitrinite reflectance and its distribution. According to coke microstructure acquired from different rank single coal, the change of vitrinite reflectance distribution of different blended coal, coke microstructure and properties are discussed in the paper. And a suitable coal blending design for coking in WISCO is put forward.
