摘　　要：分析复杂建筑因使用功能改变而进行加固的必要性。结合武昌火车站华中商城加固改造工程实例,探讨了复杂建筑的结构加固的程序与方法,提出这类加固工程处理的新思路:检测原结构→加固设计与施工→加固效果检测。着重介绍了复杂建筑的柱、梁与板的加固设计方法和施工工艺。The necessity of strengthening complex buildings due to functional change is analyzed. The procedure and method of strengthening complex buildings are d Huazhong Commercial Building at Wuchang Railroad Stati iscussed based on the example of strengthening of on. It is proposed that such kind of strengthening work should begin with the examination of original structure, followed by strengthening design and construction and further by strengthening effect determination. The designing and construction techniques are introduced as a focus for the strengthening of concrete members of complex buildings including columns, beams and plates.
