摘 要:采用欧拉—拉格朗日随机轨道模型及Monte-Carlo法,利用CFD软件,对中间罐内夹杂物颗粒运动轨迹及去除率进行了数值模拟研究。计算结果表明:中间罐底吹氩技术,可以有效促进夹杂物的去除,特别是50μm小颗粒夹杂物去除率显著增加;吹气量及吹气位置对底吹氩中间罐内夹杂物颗粒去除率有重要影响,当吹气量为0.90m3/h,吹气位置距离中间罐入口中心1600mm时,夹杂物总去除率最高。Eulerian -Lagrangian model and Monte -Carlo method were applied, in the condition of different positions of gas blowing and different gas flow. Meantime, the trajectories and removal rate of inclusion particles, in the tundish with turbulence inhibitor and gas blowing at the bottom were mathematically simulated by CFD software. The results indecated that the gas blowing at the bottom of tundish can improve removal rate of inclusion particles especially for the micro size inclusion particles which diameters are less than 50μm. The gar flow rate and the position of gas blow.ing have great effect on inclusion removal rate. When the distance of gas blowing from inlet is 1600mm and the gas flow rate is 0.90m^3/h, the removal rate of inclusion particles is highest.
