摘 要:基于陕西省“一线两带”地区2000-2004年的土地利用现状年度变更调查数据,分析了自新《土地管理办法》实施后带内的建设用地时空动态特征.从整体来看.“一线两带”地区这5年的建设用地开始由粗放型增长向理性增长和内涵型增长过渡,呈现出综合建设用地总量微幅减少、单位建设用地产值提高、单一建设用地变化空间差异显著、交通建设用地明显减少,人均建设用地与GDP呈负相关关系的特征.从地区分布来看,杨凌区的建设用地土地利用最活跃,咸阳市渭南市的建设用地变化最不活跃,西安市作为“一线两带”地区的中心城市,集聚和辐射效应都十分显著.在“一线两带”今后的开发建设中,必须深刻认识并倡导建设用地的集约化利用和可持续的利用,其核心在于优化建设用地空间结构和提高单位建设用地产值.Based on detailed survey data of land use of “yixianhangdai” district in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2004, this paper analyzed the temporal and spatial dynamic characteristics of construction land since the actualization of the new law of land administration, from the holistic view, the construction land in this district during the 5 years began to transform from extensive increase to intensive increase, showing the characteristics of the slightly reduction of integrated construction land gross, notable increase of production value of every area of construction land, large spatial difference of single construction land changes, obvious decrease of traffic land use, and the subtractive relation between the per capita GDP and per capita construction land. In the aspect of spatial distribution, construction land use in Yangling was most active and in Xianyang and Weinan were least active. As the premier city, Xi' an had remarkable centralization and radicalization effect. In the future exploitation, intensive and sustainable construction land use should be deeply understood and encouraged, and the emphases are in optimizing spatial structure of construction and heightening production value of every area of construction land.
