摘　　要：目的:分析总结目前在精神科开展健康教育中存在的问题及对应措施,从而明确改进方向,不断提高健康教育质量,满足病人需求。方法:通过回顾性总结,针对我院健康教育推广初期的难处,找出存在的问题,并提出解决的对策。结果:护、患、管理者均存在不同程度的薄弱环节。通过重视对健康教育的管理,改进健康教育方法,有助于提高精神科健康教育质量。结论:实施有效的健康教育,推进精神科健康教育向纵深发展,以期提高病人及家属满意度,增强护理队伍的综合实力。Objective：To analyse the problems of launching health education in department of psychosis and its countermeasures. So as to improve the quality of health education and improve patient＇s satisfation.Method：Found out the problems in early stage,and presented solving measures.Result： There were difference in sufficient links on nurse,patient and manageers.After implemented and improved health education for management,the result shows that it was worth to improve quality of health education.Conclusion ：To implement effective health education and advance development of health education in department of psychosis may improve patient＇s satisfactions and enhance synthetical strength of nurses.
