摘　　要：通过对1236例子宫颈电圈切除术患者的护理,认为良好的心理护理、术中默契的配合、熟练掌握器械的使用技巧及加强术后出血的预防护理是保证手术成功的关键,也是减少术后并发症的重要环节。Loop electrosurgical excision procedure is a kind of micro wound surgery, using high frequency electricity scalpel excise the pathological tissue of cervix＇ s transitional zone. Because oi＇ its simply operation and few complication, the use of the operation is more and more widespread in clinic. After nursing 1236 cases patients of loop eleetrosurgieal excision procedure, we think that aborative psychology nursing, cooperation during the operation, proficiency use of the instrument and anti - infection treatment after surgery are the key of successful surgery and the important process of the complication reduction after surgery.
