摘  要:目的了解潍坊市奎文潍城两区的德国小蠊敏感品系成若虫对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,便于合理选用杀虫剂,提高灭蟑效果。方法用2×2×4析因设计,烧瓶药膜接触法实验。结果成若虫间和药物间均有差别(均P<0.01);成若虫与药物间有交互影响(P<0.01);德国小蠊成虫对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯产生了较高抗性,对敌敌畏较敏感。结论潍坊市区德国小蠊成若虫对4种杀虫剂的抗性不一,消杀时应少选菊酯类杀虫剂。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of susceptible strain of the maturity and nymphae of Blattella germanica in order to guide the choice of pesticide and to improve the effect of killing of cockroach. Methods A 2× 2 ×4 factorial designed experiment had been conducted, the flask - drug - film contacting. Results There are difference between the maturity and nymphac, and the effect of drugs is different( P 〈 0.01 ). There is interaction between the phase and drugs( P 〈 0.01). The maturity of Blattella germanica has drug resistance to Deltamethrin and Cypsrmethrin, but remain highly susceptible against DDVP. Conclusion The maturity and nymphae of Blattella germanica has different drug resistance to four kinds of pesticide, it is necessary to reduce pyrethroids as pesticide for blattella germanica.
