摘　　要：获得性免疫缺陷综合症(AIDS,艾滋病)是一种全球性瘟疫,引起了世界各国的关注。安全有效的疫苗是预防和控制AIDS流行的最有希望的措施。根据近期文献报道,本文对研制AIDS疫苗的障碍、理想疫苗的设计及该疫苗的研究现状作了概要介绍。AIDS is a pestilence spreading in the world. All the governments are paying close attention to what is going on in various areas and nations. The safe and effective vaccine is the hopeful measure used for preventing the prevalence of AIDS. The theoretical blocks for developing AIDS vaccines, the design of an ideal vaccine and the current status of AIDS vaccine research are summarized according to the recent reported references.
