摘　　要：简述了柔性防水屋面的特点,从使用者的角度,介绍了基层的施工、防水层的施工、材料的性能以及日后的维护保养,以减少屋面渗漏现象,提高建筑房屋的质量。Features of flexible waterproof roof are briefly introduced. From viewpoints of residents requirements on base layer construction, damp-proof course treatment as well as maintenance methods are introduced in order to reduce roof leakage and ensure quality of houses.
