火电企业可持续发展综合评价的指标体系及方法研究

摘　　要：从火电企业可持续发展评价的特点入手,对涉及其评价的各个子系统进行了深入研究,建立火电企业可持续发展的综合评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标的权重,选择ELEC-TRE评价方法,确定其综合评价的程序和方法。本文为适应火电企业可持续发展的要求,在指标体系的建立、指标权重的确定及排序择优方法等方面进行了有益的探索。First, this paper analyzes the characters of power enterprises, researches deeply on their subsystems, creates the comprehensive evaluation index systems for power enterprises. Then this paper confirms the weights of the indexes by using AHP. Moreover, the ELECTRE evaluating model for power enterprises is set up. It establishes the programs and methods of the comprehensive index systems evaluation for power enterprises. This paper does valuably explore on creating index systems, confirming the weights of indexes and establishing the order for power enterprises.
