摘　　要：国有商业银行的证券投资选择与其特许权价值相关。文章从分析我国国有商业银行特许权价值的变化入手,论述了国有商业银行从事高风险证券投资的动机和证券投资风险控制的理论基础,并对国有商业银行证券投资风险控制提出了相应的对策和建议。The investment choice of Chinese state-owned bank is related to its franchise value, This paper begins with analyzing the change of the franchise value of Chinese state-owned bank, then discusses the motive of that Chinese state-owned bank tends to run the risk of investing securities and the theoretical principle of how to control securities investment risk, and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese state-owned bank to control its securities investment risk.
