摘　　要：详细介绍了显微剖切的制作过程,通过采用大量图片和举例的方式,论述了显微剖切技术在印制板生产中的应用,特别是在解决生产中出现质量问题方面的应用。This article introduces the preparing process of microsection with a lot of pictures and examples. It also discusses application of microsection technology in PCB production, especially in resolving the quality problem in the production.
