摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件具有突然性、紧迫性和广泛性等特点,其预警机制则遵循了主动性等五大原则。在高校建立突发公共卫生事件的预警机制,就应该建立统一的应急机构,进行有效的宣传教育,建立完善的公共卫生档案,同时发挥学生的能动作用。Sudden public health incident is of suddeness, urgency and breadth features. Its early warning mechanism follows the initiative and other four principles. To establish early warning mechanisms for public health emergency at colleges and universities, we should establish a unified emergency responsing to-effective propaganda and educate, and we should also inspire students to play a dynamic role, forming a public health files.
