摘  要:在纯合两型系48AB中选择硫甙含量低的可育株进行连续自交并淘汰育性分离的后代。当硫甙含量稳定在较低水平时,在有育性分离的后代中重新选可育株和不育株进行兄妹交,使纯合两型系的性状尽早稳定,由此育成双低纯合两型系72AB。对恢复系进行配合力测定,获得一般配合力最高的双低恢复系HF02。通过双低纯合两型系72AB和临保系LB03配制全不育系,并用全不育系和恢复系HF02生产杂交新品种核杂7号。它成为我国第一个通过国家品种审定的双低显性核不育三系杂交种。The continuous selling of fertile plants with low glucosinolate content in rapeseed selected from the homozygous two-type line 48AB was carried out and the sells without fertility segregation were left out. When their glueosinolate content in rapeseed stabilized at a comparatively low level, the sib mating between the fertile and sterile plants seleeted from the sells with fertility segregation was carried out in order to make the characters of homozygous two-type line stable as soon as possible. The homozygous two-type line 72AB was bred successfully through the above procedure. The restoring line HF02 with the double low content in rapeseed and the highest general combining ability was got through testing the general combining ability of restoring lines. Crossing the restoring line HF02 with the complete sterile line produced by the line 72AB and the temporary maintainer line LB03 got a new hybrid variety Heza 7, the first three-way dominant genic male sterility one with double low content eertificated by the National Crop Cultivars Approval Committee.
