摘　　要：从指导思想、建设目标、建设原则和功能定位等4个方面阐述了上海市农业科学院奉贤高新技术产业孵化园科学发展总体思路及基本框架。同时,就树立和落实科学发展观,从核心问题、内在机制和长远目标上扎实推进奉贤高新技术产业孵化园的建设提出了一些前瞻性的理论思考。The general idea and framework of scientific development of the Fengxian Industrial Park of New and High Technology, SAAS, were elucidated in terms of guiding principles, eonstruction objective and principles, and functional orientation. And some theoretical thoughts were put forward in the light of setting up and carrying out the scientific view of development and promoting the eonstruction of the Fengxian Industrial Park of New and High Technology in such aspects as the heart of matters, the inner mechanism and the long-term objective.
