摘　　要：本文总结了我院施行的40例半腹膜外子宫切除术，术后病人排气时间早，腹胀及水后发病率低。该本式的特点是：切除子宫的全部过程基本在腹膜外进行，因此具有对腹腔脏器干扰少、术后病人胃肠功能恢复快及并发症少等优点。手术的关键是认清防院界限及正确游离膀胱。This report evaluated 40 cases of the hysterectomy with the method of semi-extraperitoneal performed in our hospital. The postoperative exsufflation were earlier,the abdominal distension and postoperative complications were reduced.The whole process of the hysterectomy was operated basically outside of the peritoneal cavity,so jt has many advantages: little interference to abdominal organs and the gastrointestinal function recovers quickly. The crux of the operation is to recognize the demarcation line of bladder,separate the bhoder rightly.
