摘 要:应用筛选的20对SSR引物对两系杂交稻的24个不育系和8个恢复系进行PCR扩增,获得2对能鉴别籼粳类型的特异引物RM125和RM322。根据遗传距离进行聚类分析,32个材料被分为籼粳两大类群。在籼稻群内,不育系培矮64S单独成为一个分支,7个安农S衍生的不育系与恢复系余红1号聚为一个亚类群,5个籼稻恢复系有3个聚类在一起,另外2个分散在不育系中间;在粳稻群内,不育系HN5S单独成为一个分支,3个粳稻恢复系聚为一类,与粳稻不育系区分开。比较5个籼型恢复系与培矮64S之间的遗传距离,“9311”与培矮64S之间的遗传距离最大,说明两优培九具有较强的杂种优势与两亲本间的遗传距离大小有一定关系。DNA of 24 male sterile lines and 8 restorer lines of two-line hybrid rice were amplified by using 20 SSR primer pairs of being screened. Two specific primer pairs were screened and selected to identify subspecies between Indica and Japonica. 32 cuhivars were clustered based on genetic distance (GD) by Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic Average (UPGMA). The results showed that 32 cultivars were divided into two groups (Indica and Japonica). In the indica group, sterile line Peiai64S was clustered into one group. 7 sterile lines originated from AnnongS and restorer line Yuhongl were clustered together. Of 5 Indica restorer lines, 3 restorer lines were clustered together, 2 restorer lines and sterile lines were clustered together. In the japonica group, sterile line HN5S was clustered into one group. 3 Japonica restorer lines were clustered together, which were distinguished from the Japonica sterile lines. Compared the genetic distance between 5 Indica restorer lines and Pei'ai64S, the genetic distance was remote correspondingly between "9311" and Pei'ai64S. It showed that there was relativity between the genetic distance and the heterosis of Liangyou Peijiu.
