西南区野生马蹄金居群生态特性及形态变异

摘　　要：通过野外调查和田间观测,对我国西南地区马蹄金野生居群生态特性及形态变异进行了研究,发现马蹄金不同居群外部形态存在较大变异,变异系数为14.8%￣67.5%,平均变异系数达32.1%。部分性状间存在显著或极显著相关性,相关系数最大达0.977,说明我国西南地区马蹄金野生资源具有丰富的遗传多样性。通过形态聚类分析,可将23份野生材料分为4个类群,分别是大叶高丛型、大叶矮丛型、小叶矮丛型、小叶短茎型。聚类结果与材料的地理分布基本一致。The ecological characteristics and external morphological diversity of wild Dichondra repens were studied. The results showed that：there was a big variation in the external morphology of Dichondra repens,the variant coefficient was between 14.8% and 67.5%,the average of variant coefficient was 32.1%,there existed significant correlation among some of morphological characters of D.repens,the maximal correlation coefficient was 0.977,which explains genetic diversity in gerrnplasm resources of wild Drepens in Northwest area of china. All the germplasm resources can be divided into 4 morphological types by the cluster analysis. Clustering results were identical with the geographical distribution of D.repens.
