一步法合成高品质N,N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺新工艺

摘　　要：采用同时滴加NaCl、促进剂M的钠盐和硫酸溶液的方法合成了橡胶硫化促进剂DZ(N,N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺)。较佳合成条件为:n(促进剂M):n(二环己胺):n(NaClO)=1:(0．9～0．95): (1．35～1．40),反应温度36～46℃,反应时间3 h,pH值9．8～10．2。中型试验结果表明:DZ收率大于初熔点大于95℃、熔程0．5～1．0℃、游离2,2′-二硫代苯并噻唑质量分数小于0．5%。A new process for the synthesis of rubber sulfidation accelerant DZ（N, Nr-diecyl-2 benzothicazole） by simultaneous addition of three reactants was studied. The influences of n （M） ： n （C12 H23N） ： n （NaClO）, pH value, temperature and reaction time on the yield and the quality of DZ were investigated. The optimal conditions were found as follows ： n （M） ： n （C12 H23 N） ： n （NaClO） = 1： （0.9-1.95） ： （1.35 1.40）, pH=9.8-10.2, temperature 3-46 ℃, reaction time 3 h. With melting points, yield and DM content being adopted as the main criterions, a high quality product, which has an initial melting point of 95 ℃, melting range 0. 5 - 1 ℃ and free DM content below 0.5 %, was obtained with the yield above 80 %.
