摘  要:研究了[bmim]Cl-AlCl_3离子液体催化体系的FCC汽油降烯烃性能。结果表明:在40℃、20 min和V (催化剂):V(汽油)=1:10时,FCC汽油烯烃体积分数下降14.70%,辛烷值基本不变,处理后的汽油烯烃体积分数完全符合我国新配方汽油的使用标准。离子液体可重复使用。离子液体能催化FCC汽油中的低碳烯烃与异构烷烃和芳烃的烷基化以及低碳烯烃自身的二聚反应,从而达到降烯烃的目的。实验表明,FCC汽油中的含氮组分是导致离子液体催化剂失活的主要原因,而含硫组分的影响不大。The olefin content of FCC gasoline can be reduced in the[bmim]Cl-AlCl3 ionic liquid catalytic system. It was shown that the olefin volume content decreased by 14.70% under the conditions. 40 ℃, 20 rain and V(catalyst ) :V(gasoline) 1 : 10. At the same time, the octane number of gasoline did not decrease. The olefin content of FCC gasoline after dealing with the ionic liquids was less than 35%, which has reached national usage standard of clean FCC gasoline. Moreover, the ionic liquid could be reused. The mechanism of olefin reduction can be explained as the high catalytic activity of ionic liquid in the alkylation, Friedel-Crafts reaction and dimerization reaction systems. The nitride content in FCC gasoline has much greater influence on the deactivation of the ionic liquid catalyst than the sulfide content.
