摘 要:在FeCl_3催化下,丙三醇与十余种醛(酮)反应合成甘油类缩醛(酮)。考察了反应时间、醛(酮)与醇的配比、催化剂用量及重复使用等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,FeCl_3对该缩合反应有较好的催化活性和选择性,在n[醛(酮)]:n(丙三醇)=1:1.2、催化剂用量约占反应物总质量的1%、反应时间2 h时,转化率可达90%以上,选择性达95%以上。Acetalization and ketalization of various aldehydes and ketones with glycerol by using FeCl3 as catalyst were studied. Effects of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on the yield of acetals (ketals) were investigated. Results showed that FeCl3 was an efficient catalyst for the acetalization and ketalization. The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: molar ratio of aldehydes and ketones to glycerol = 1 : 1.2, 1 wt% catalyst, reaction time 2 h. Under these conditions, conversion and the selectivity were above 90% and 95%, respectively.
