摘　　要：在金刚石工具对陶瓷、石材、宝石、光学镜片、磁性材料的切削和磨削加工中,冷却介质被广泛使用。在我们对光学冷却介质的研究过程中发现,吉米奇(Gemini)阳离子表面活性剂能增加金刚石工具的自锐性能,使金刚石工具的切削性能得到不同程度的提升。我们使用不同结构阳离子表面活性剂复配成多种冷却液,对青铜基金刚石工具进行冷却,加工王冕光学玻璃,发现金刚石工具产生不同的切削效果。另一方面,随着光学加工的进行,大量玻璃粉末将不断分散在冷却液中,我们研究发现,不同结构和电荷大小的阳离子表面活性剂对这些粉状颗粒的存在状态形成不同的影响。Gemini surfactant can improve the properties of diamond tools when it was used in cooling agents. The research showed that the diamond tools will have different cutting effects with the different structure Gemini surfactants were used in cooling agents. On the other hand, the experiment results showed that different structure and charge size of Gemini surfactants will have different effects on the power particles produced in the optical processing.
