摘　　要：为了应对信息社会中协作对协同工作研究提出的新的挑战,在分析了国内外协同工作研究的现状后,指出应将协作技术研究就与协作社会性研究和技术应用的经济规律密切结合；把准确理解协作需求,开发强大且能够满足真实协作需求的协作技术和技术应用的良好商业模型有机地结合起来,用综合全面的方法学来指导CSCW的研发和应用。In order to rely the demands for collaboration technology in information society, current situation of CSCW research both in domestic and abroad was analyzed, CSCW should take a synthetic methodology which combines technological, social and economics plane for research and developing applications. The most important and necessary factors for facilitating the evolution and innovation of CSCW research are better understanding of requirements, powerful and appropriate technical support and feasible business model.
