摘 要:本文从促进我国黄麻红麻科技创新与产业发展的战略高度,论述了促进我国麻业科学发展必须思考的若干关键问题:(1)倡导学科交叉,提升黄麻、红麻科技创新水平;(2)深化资源研究,加速有利基因利用与创新;(3)加强基础研究,促进理论与关键技术突破;(4)优化育种体系,建立高效聚合育种新技术;(5)加强麻业协作,提升综合利用与研发水平。上述战略的实施,必将推动我国黄麻、红麻科学技术的发展,提高我国黄麻、红麻的核心竞争力,产生显著的社会经济效益。The paper expounded several strategic issues on promoting science and technology innovation of jute and kenafand its industry development in China, including: (1) Encouraging disciplines intersection to elevate the science and technology innovation level; (2) Deepening germplasm study to accelerate the utilization and innovation of favorable genes; (3) Enhancing basic research to facilitate the breakthrough in theory and key technology; (4) Optimizing breeding system to establish the new effective breeding technique; (5) Strengthening industry cooperation to advance the standard of comprehensive utilization and exploitation. The practice of such strategies will certainly improve the progress of science and technology as well as the core competition ofjute and kenaf, and it will also exert significant social and economic benefits.
