摘  要:目的观察冰片注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的局部炎症反应的影响。方法线栓法阻塞大鼠左侧大脑中动脉,建立脑缺血再灌注模型,进行肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)的免疫组化染色。结果冰片治疗组ICAM-1的免疫阳性小血管数、IL-1β及TNF-α的免疫阳性细胞数,局部白细胞浸润数目等均有不同程度减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论冰片可以抑制大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤时炎症细胞因子的表达,减少白细胞的浸润,降低脑缺血再灌注损伤的程度。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Borneol injection on inflammation in focal cerebral ischemia - reperfusion rats. METHODS Male Wistar rats were subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion for 2 h and reperfusion for 22 h with an intraluminal vascular occlusion method. Inter - cellular adhesion molecular - 1 ( ICAM - 1 ), tumor necrosis fator - α( TNF - α) and interleukin - 1β(IL- 1β) immunohistochemical stain were used to detect the changes of neutrophils and vessels density. RESULTS Compared with model group rats, rats treated with Borneol injection had fewer ICAM - 1 positive vessels, IL - 1β, TNF - α positive cells and number of neutrophils etc. ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION These data suggest that Bomeol attenuate focal ischemia damage, and the positive effects may partly due to its anti -inflammatory property.
