摘　　要：为克服传统手工方法处理征地拆迁数据的缺陷,文中从需求分析、软件的总体设计、主要模块的详细设计和软件实现等方面介绍了LANDMS软件的基本情况,对该软件的主要特点进行了总结。In order to overcome the shortcoming that the data concerning purchasing land and moving houses is processed traditionally by hand,the paper highlights the basic information of the LANDMS software in respects of requirement analysis,general design of the software,detailed design of the main modules and realization of the software etc.,furthermore,a summery is also made of the main features of the software in the paper.
