摘　　要：文章简要回顾了南宁会议20年来我国信息资源保障体系建设的历程,分析了面临的良好机遇与存在的问题,探讨了网络环境下我国信息资源保障体系的功能,提出了我国信息资源保障体系建设的模式与运行机制。This paper briefly reviews the development of China＇ s information resource system since the Nanning conference in 1986 and makes an analysis of the favorable opportunities we face and the problems existing in reality. Then, the author brings forward the models of information resource system and operational mechanisms after discussing the functions of China＇ s information resource system under network environment.
