摘　　要：本文对网络时代信息系统的数字化结构进行了分析,研究了网络环境下信息系统分布式管理体系的特点,构建了信息系统的数字化管理模式,从而站在数字化的角度对信息系统的管理结构进行了探讨。This article analyzes the digitized structure of information system,expounds the characteristics of the distributive management system and the digitized management model of information system. From digitized aspect the digitized structure of information system is discussed.
