新型水溶性聚乙烯醇缩甲醛涂料的研制

摘　　要：在pH值为1．5～2的条件下，以聚乙烯醇和甲醛为原料，在水溶液中发生缩醛反应制备聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶，然后向胶中添加适量的尿素和分散助剂PAAM／COB，经调配得到新型水溶性聚乙烯醇缩甲醛涂料。结果表明，颜基比为4：1，颜、填料粉末的粒度为320目时，添加适量的尿素和分散助剂PAAM／COB，所制得的涂料游离甲醛含量低。The polyvinyl formal was prepared via acetalation from polyvinyl alcohol and formaldehyde in water-solution under the condition of pH value was 1.5 - 2. Then appropriate amount of carbamide and dispersant PAAM/COB were added separately to polyvinyl formal glue, a new type of water-soluble polyvinyl formal paints was formulated. The results showed that when proportion between pigment and glue was 4： 1, size distribution of pigment and filler was 320 mesh, and appropriate quantity of dispersant and carbamide was added to the system to achieve the paint with lower content of formaldehyde.
