白唇鹿血清同工酶酶谱的电泳研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对３４头白唇鹿的４种血清同工酶酶谱及其多态性进行研究。结果：①酯酶包括ＥＳ１，ＥＳ２和ＥＳ３三种同工酶，其中ＥＳ２存在多态性；②碱性磷酸酶存在ＡＬＰＢ和ＡＬＰＯ两种表型，以ＡＬＰＯ型为优势表型（６７．６５％）；③淀粉酶包括ＡＭＹＩ，ＡＭＹ２和ＡＭＹ３三种同工酶，ＡＭＹ１和ＡＭＹ２两种同工酶存在多态性；④白唇鹿的乳酸脱氢酶显现出与众不同的同工酶酶谱。white-lipped deers(Cervus albirostris)were used to study the spectra and poly-morphism of four serum isozymes by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The resultswere as follows:(1) The esterase includes ES I, ES 2 and ES 3,and the ES 2 shows poly-morphism.(2)There were both ALP B and ALP O phenotypes on the isozyme-spectra of alkalinephosphatase and the ALP O type is the preponderant phenotype(67.65%).(3)The amylaseconsisted of AMY 1, AMY 2 and AMY 3 isozymes,and both AMY 1 and AMY 2 shows poly-morphism. (4)The lactate dehydrogenase in examined white-lipped deers shows a distinctive isozyme -spectra.
