“CEG”学生管理机制探索

摘　　要：当前高校学生的群体特征体现出以下三种差异:一是学生家庭经济条件不同带来的差异,二是学习基础和学习能力不同带来的差异,三是个人奋斗目标不同带来的差异。这三种差异冲击着原有的学生管理模式,成为影响校园和谐的主要因素。“CEG”学生管理机制以上述三种差异为基本依据,以差异协调机制、现实解释机制、冲突引导机制为基本内容,是一种新型的学生管理机制。“CEG”学生管理机制的实施,将有效地优化学生群体差异,促进校园和谐。College students now demonstrated the characteristics of three different groups： the different family conditions, the difference of learning basis and different learning abilities and the different personal goals, which are pounding the conventional management models, and becoming an important factor affecting the harmony of the campus. CEG student management model, which takes the difference coordination mechanism, the reality explanation mechanism, the conflict guidance mechanism as the basic contents, is a new student management model. ＂CEG＂student management mechanism will be implemented in different groups of students to effectively optimize and promote the harmonious campus.
