不同药物治疗慢性宫颈炎的细胞因子作用靶点和治疗机制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同药物对慢性宫颈炎细胞因子的调控作用及治疗机制。方法:用罗扰素(重组人!-2a干扰素)与黛卫凝胶(聚维酮碘凝胶)分别治疗慢性宫颈炎50例,对其黏膜修复效果进行对比,以血小板来源的细胞因子为代表作为切入点来展开深入的研究,通过不同药物对血小板活化因子PAF(损伤因素)、血小板衍生生长因子PDGF-A、PDGF-B(修复因素)及其受体PDGFR-"、PDGFR-β的含量(敏感度)的变化来探讨其是否具有调控作用及其作用靶点。结果:罗扰素与黛卫凝胶比较,前者疗效较高,两药比较它们对血小板活化因子PAF的作用没有显著差异,罗扰素可以显著提高血小板衍生生长因子PDGF-A含量,极显著提高PDGF-B含量,极显著提高受体PDGFR-#、PDGFR-β的含量。结论:罗扰素参与了对血小板来源的细胞因子的调控,主要是提高了修复因素及机体对修复因素的敏感性,而黛卫凝胶对慢性宫颈炎的治疗是局部的作用,并没有参与对血小板来源的细胞因子的调控。Objective： To show the regulation and treatment towards cell factors of chronic cervicitis by different drugs.Methods： use Roferen-A and Dvavec （Povidone-Iodine, Cel）to cure 50 chronic cervicitis respectively ,and compare the effect of mucous membrane reparation, emphasizing the platelet-derived cell factors,by the study of the effect of different drugs towards platelet activating factor （PAF）, platelet - derived growth factor A （PDGF-A）, platelet.derived growth factor B （PDGF-B） and receptor of platelet-derived growth factor A （PDGFR-α）, receptor of platelet-derived growth factor B （PDGFR-β） to show whether they can control these cell factors and where is their target. Results： Roferon--A is better than Dvavee; platelet activating factor has no difference. Roferon-A can increase PDGF-A significantly, can increase PDGF-B,PDGFR-α ,PDGFR-β more significantly. Conclusion.-Roferon-A controls the platelet -derived cell factors, increases the factor and sensitiveness of recovery, while Dvavee has the effect of local treatment towards chronic cervicitis, but has no influence of the platelet-derived cell factors.
